The name may be new to you. The ingredients are familiar: apples, cider and apple brandy. Stillbound Pommeau is made in Hotchkiss, Colorado, and aged for two years in oak.

At 16% alcohol by volume, it occupies a different place at the table from a straight brandy. Our tasting notes are caramel, baked apple and oak, with gentle sweetness and a soft, warming finish.

A place to begin.

Start with a small neat pour. Give it a moment in the glass, then taste before adding anything. The house serves offer another route in, from a smoked glass to a warm cider drink.
