About Stillbound
This website is operated by Common Press, LLC, doing business as Stillbound (“Stillbound,” “we,” “us” or “our”), at 386 High Street, Hotchkiss, Colorado 81419. Contact us at help@drinkstillbound.com.
These terms govern use of our website and purchases from Stillbound. The Shipping & Returns section forms part of our purchase terms. The Privacy Policy below explains how personal information is handled.
Adults 21 and older
Our website and alcohol sales are intended for adults age 21 or older. You must be at least 21 to purchase alcohol and provide accurate information for age, identity and delivery verification. Purchases are for personal use or lawful gifts, not resale. Passing our website’s age screen does not replace verification required for purchase or delivery.
We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be verified or fulfilled lawfully.
Orders, prices and payment
Orders are limited to 12 bottles per checkout. Product prices, shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before you submit your order. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability may change until your order is processed.
Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout. An order receipt does not mean that age, identity or fulfillment checks have been completed. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order.
If an error affects price, description or availability, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not increase an existing order’s price without your agreement. If an item cannot be supplied, we will refund its price and associated charges as applicable.
Bottle markings and natural product variations may differ slightly from photographs. Specific bottle numbers are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
To request a cancellation or address change, email help@drinkstillbound.com promptly. We can accommodate changes before fulfillment begins; changes after that point may not be possible. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
Website content
Stillbound’s names, marks, designs, photography and other content belong to Stillbound or their respective rights holders. You may browse the website, print recipes for personal use and share links. Commercial reproduction, redistribution of photography or use of our marks requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, malicious code or unauthorized access.
Shopify and other services
Our shopping and checkout services are powered by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases, including through enhanced services that use information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing.
Linked services, including Spotify and social platforms, have their own terms and privacy practices. Those terms do not remove Stillbound’s responsibilities as the seller.
Website availability and your rights
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations relating to accepted orders or rights and remedies that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Contact help@drinkstillbound.com about a dispute so we can seek a resolution. We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Revised purchase terms apply to orders placed after the update. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Shipping & Returns
Colorado shipping
We currently ship Stillbound Pommeau to eligible Colorado addresses only. We do not ship to other states or internationally. Gift orders follow the same address and age requirements.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Free shipping is not currently offered.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders normally ship within three business days after required verification is complete. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional. We send tracking information when your order ships.
Weather or other conditions may affect dispatch or transit. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will notify you and provide the required options to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Adult signature
An adult age 21 or older must receive the shipment, show valid identification and personally sign for delivery. Alcohol cannot be left unattended. Carrier requirements also apply.
Choose an address where an eligible adult can receive the package. Contact us promptly about address errors; changes may not be possible once an order ships.
Unsuccessful delivery
If a shipment is returned because delivery could not be completed, contact help@drinkstillbound.com to arrange a refund or lawful reshipment. Any reshipping charge will be explained before you agree to it. We do not charge you to correct our own fulfillment errors.
Damage, incorrect items or missing products
Email help@drinkstillbound.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs of the bottle and packaging where safe. Please report issues promptly so we can investigate. Do not handle broken glass or return damaged alcohol without instructions.
For verified damage, defects or fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement when available or an appropriate refund. Prompt reporting helps our investigation but does not remove rights provided by law.
Returns and refunds
We do not accept alcohol returns for change of mind or taste preference. This does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise nonconforming goods, or rights provided by law. Contact us before sending any return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when submitted; your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
Privacy Policy
Scope and information collected
Common Press, LLC, doing business as Stillbound, handles personal information collected through our website, shopping services and communications. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to help@drinkstillbound.com.
The website stores your age confirmation in session storage and your Shopify cart identifier in local storage. Gift notes and cart information are sent to Shopify. Trade forms prepare an email in your email app; you choose whether to send it. Recipe and photo submissions use email or Instagram, and we ask permission before featuring them. We do not currently install Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or embedded social or music players on this website. Hosting and commerce providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
Depending on your interaction, we and our service providers process contact details; billing and shipping addresses; order and payment information; account details and preferences; communications and submitted content; and device, browser, IP address and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies. Payment information is processed by payment providers; the information available to Stillbound depends on the payment method and provider.
Information comes from you, from your use of our services, and from providers and partners supporting those services.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, verify eligibility, respond to requests, maintain accounts, understand and improve our services, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and provide marketing consistent with applicable consent requirements.
We share information with Shopify and providers supporting hosting, payment processing, fulfillment, delivery, communications and other business functions. We may disclose information with your direction or permission, when required by law, to protect lawful rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Shopify Network Intelligence
Our Shopify store and checkout are powered by Shopify. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which allows Shopify to process information about interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, advertising and business protection features.
These activities may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. Shopify is responsible for processing it performs for certain enhanced services and for responding to related privacy requests. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live.

Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices to register a browser opt-out with Shopify. You may also contact help@drinkstillbound.com to submit a request, including an opt-out request concerning information associated with your identity. For Shopify’s own processing, you may also use the Shopify Privacy Portal linked above.
We may verify identity and authority to act on someone’s behalf before responding. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, you may contact the same email to appeal where applicable. You may also contact the appropriate data protection authority.
Shopify’s privacy tools handle applicable Global Privacy Control signals in configured regions. Browser choices apply to the browser and domain where recorded. When checkout is on a different root domain, review privacy choices there as well; this website cannot guarantee that a browser choice transfers across unrelated domains. Other browser “Do Not Track” signals are not recognized by Shopify’s standard policy.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in each message. Order and other transactional messages may still be sent.
Adults and children’s information
Our website and alcohol sales are intended for adults age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact help@drinkstillbound.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
Retention, security and links
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, maintain requested services, comply with tax and alcohol-recordkeeping obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and these purposes.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee complete security. Do not send payment card details, identification documents or other sensitive information by ordinary email unless we provide a suitable secure process.
Third-party websites linked from our services have their own privacy practices. Information you post publicly, including on social platforms, may be visible to others.
Changes and contact
We will post updates with a revised date and provide additional notice where required by law.
